Inspiring Success scholarship application form

The Inspiring Success scholarship offers 100% towards the full cost of tuition fees for any full-time master's programme, or any part-time master's programme studied over two years. The Inspiring Success Scholarship will replace any other scholarships or bursaries awarded by Loughborough University to the successful candidates. The Inspiring Success scholarship is kindly supported by the Foundation for Future London and the kind donations of Loughborough University alumni.

Applicants must have obtained their GCSE’s or A-levels (or equivalent qualifications) from the East London growth boroughs of Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Newham or Waltham Forest. Applicants must currently be unemployed or underemployed. Underemployed is defined as earnings below the average median earnings for the Growth Borough in which they live (approximately £581.30 per week). Students must also be in possession of an offer (conditional or unconditional) to study a master's programme at Loughborough University London. 

The selection panel will be looking for high academic achievers, and those who are committed to contributing to their society on completion of their programme.  The panel will also be looking for those who can clearly demonstrate a full understanding of the costs involved in postgraduate study and can demonstrate that they have the motivation and the initiative required to cover the costs associated with postgraduate study. You are advised to spend considerable effort ensuring that your application is clear, well presented and reflects the above indicators. All sections of this form must be completed, with supporting documentary evidence provided where necessary.
