Research Associate

The Institute for Digital Technolgies seek to employ an excellent Research Associate (RA) on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. The RA should have an interest and track record in subjects such as digital signal and data processing, visualisation, machine learning and simulation. The RA will be expected to collaborate closely with the academics and industrial partners and take an active role in the delivery of a recently granted industrial research project. The industrial research project is supported by the Innovate UK grant as part of the 'Enabling data access in accountancy, insurance and legal services: CR&D' competition.

Research Associate - AHRC

The Institute for Design Innovation are seeking a Research Associate to undertake research and administrative duties, under the direct line management of the Primary Investigator, to meet the deliverables of the UKRI AHRC funded project 'Progressing the Sustainability Field: A New Approach to Framing Practices in Design for Social Change'. The aim of the project is to develop understanding on the political dimension of design engaged with social change within the context of sustainability.

Doctoral Prize Fellow

At Loughborough University London, we highly value the contribution that postdoctoral researchers make to our research community, and we are therefore offering a two-year Research Fellowship to an outstanding recently completed PhD student who will receive 24 months of tailored support following their PhD to start to develop and establish an independent research career. Research Fellowships offer a rare opportunity to pursue your own ambitious research idea and develop your skills as an independent researcher, and we will provide a package of support including Loughborough University academic sponsor, dedicated training, and specialist Fellowship advice.

Support Officer

Loughborough University London seek to employ a Support Officer to work in the professional services team at the University's London campus who will provide support across a wide range of functions for students and staff. We are looking for someone with experience of working on a front desk/reception, with administration experience related to one or more of the following:

  • Responding to general enquiries through email
  • Student feedback/surveys
  • Organising and minuting meetings
  • Administration associated with Immigration and Visas

Digital Skills Project Assistant

Loughborough University London seeks a Digital Skills Project Assistant to work on the Digital Skills Programme. The Loughborough University London Digital Skills Programme is a two-part project offering London's Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) the opportunity to gain a digital advantage. The programme will run alongside other activities that LU LDN puts on to support capacity building for SME’s and develop student networks and networking skills.
