Collaborate is back for 2021/22!

Applications are now open for businesses and organisations interested in getting involved in Loughborough University London’s Collaborative Dissertation.

To celebrate this, on the 17th November Loughborough University London’s Future Space team is hosting an event bringing together former and future Collaborate partners.

At Loughborough University London, providing our students with the opportunity to gain real world experience while collaborating with external partners on current and real-world challenges is of primary importance.

We are continuously thinking of new and exciting ways to connect our talented student cohort to the challenges that exist in business, the community and wider society. This is why we are once again looking for Collaborative Dissertation organisation partners to participate in the module this academic year.

The Collaborative Dissertation provides access to academically supervised Masters level research that can be tailored to an organisation's interests, through and co-development of a research proposal

Students will complete their Collaborative Dissertation thesis from June 2021 – September 2021.

Want to find out more?

On 17 November 2021 (5:30pm – 7:30pm UTC), we will be hosting Collaborate Ignition.  This is an online event bringing together external prospective partner organisations, alongside our students and academics who are interested in exploring a collaboration for the Collaborate Dissertation module.

During the evening, we’re delighted to be joined by Gavin Poole, CEO of Here East.  Gavin will share on the success of the Here East model and talk about the crucial role education partners play in creating a collaborative ecosystem.   We also look forward to welcoming a host of additional guests from orgnanisations as panelists to help ignite conversation around the global themes of Sustainability, Development and Inclusive Innovation.    Finally, further details will be shared about next steps and additional ways to collaborate with the university.  If you would like to attend this event, please book your place here.
