Loughborough University London students recognised for their outstanding entrepreneurial contributions

The Loughborough Enterprise Network (LEN) has been immensely successful this year and has showcased the many talented young entrepreneurs within the Loughborough University London community. This entrepreneurial journey combines social events with practical learning and encourages the capacity to test, develop and present new ideas.

The LEN Virtual Awards received over 60 nominations from the best and brightest entrepreneurial minds, further solidifying the success of our London students.

Andres Alejandro Urena Sandoval received the London Student Entrepreneur of the Year award. Andres has been a vital and key part of the LEN and Future Space community and has continued to effortlessly thrive whilst understanding its not always smooth sailing but like a true Entrepreneur Andres has persevered.

Speaking of his experience and enterprise journey at Loughborough University within the LEN community, Andres said:

“I’m sure there must be other great entrepreneurs out there, yet I’m also sure I could compete professionally in curiosity and intention. As Loughborough is all about any sport (even entrepreneurship), this is another gentle reminder that following my curiosity is fine. Accepting my quirks is fine. Being deliberate about my work is fine. I’m proud to be part of the Loughborough community. I’d encourage everyone to relentlessly follow your curiosity, accept yourself, and be deliberate.”

Students Dainalyn Swaby, Kiomars Nezhadi, Mary Omoyele, and Tiago Fachada were also recognised for their dedication receiving nominations for awards. Congratulations to all of our students!
