Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Academic Angela Dy wins award for latest paper
Dr Angela Martinez Dy from the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship wins prestigious award for her latest paper at the 39th Annual Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ISBE) Conference, 2016.
On Thursday, 27th October, Dr Angela Dy's latest paper, "Not as easy as it looks: Digital entrepreneurship, the great leveller” was awarded Best Conference Paper and Best Paper in Track at the 39th Annual Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship Conference, held in Paris.
Every year, the best papers from the conference are selected anonymously by each track team, with an overall conference best paper chosen by the VP Research at ISBE and team.
Her paper draws on empirical evidence and theory to emphasise the importance of social context in growing digital entrepreneurial activity, whilst making significant contributions to the emerging literature on digital entrepreneurship.
