Working after studies: visa options

The UK's post-study work visa options have changed over the last year or so, giving graduates more opportunities to stay and work in the UK. The new Graduate route was introduced in summer 2021 and it allows all work, while the Skilled Worker route has replaced Tier 2 General for skilled work sponsored by an employer. The separate Start-up route allows those with an endorsed business idea to stay and develop their business, initially for a year. This session gives an overview of all these options, and how they can work together to maximise your opportunities.
