DESMA Meet-up London

On Friday 16th of September 2016, DESMA invites you to join us in exploring New Formats for Doing and Communicating Research in the Intersections of Design + Management and Academia + Practice.

DESMA is an Initial Training Network within the area of Design Management funded by the European Commission’s Marie Curie Actions (FP7). Starting from a core network of 13 researchers, 4 universities and 8 industry partners, we seek to build a vibrant and sustainable community across Europe of high quality research exploring the territory of design + management that will drive discussions about the future of the field, exchange knowledge, and support collaborations between academia and practice.

In collaboration with the Institute for Design Innovation at Loughborough University London we invite you to a DESMA meet-up in London, 16 September 2016, kick-starting the London Design Festival that takes place all over London 17-25 September.

DESMA researchers will share their stories and experiences from their new settings. And of course, in good DESMA spirit, will have interactive and constructive parts of jointly rethinking the way research can be done and communicated together with pioneers in this field.
