PhD research
Gloria's PhD research seeks to understand the extent to which contextual factors at both the internal (individual) and external (society) levels contribute to entrepreneurial motivation and influence motivational variations. She aims to explore how these variations can sustain businesses throughout their life cycle and impact their sustainable efforts. Furthermore, Gloria seeks to investigate how resilience can be fostered in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This aspect of her research addresses the strategies and mechanisms that enable SMEs to navigate challenges and setbacks effectively, thereby enhancing their ability to achieve long-term sustainability and growth. By identifying these factors, her research can provide valuable insights for fostering resilient and sustainable entrepreneurial practices.
