Constance Ekene Iloghalu is a doctoral researcher at Loughborough University London, undertaking a PhD in International Management at the Institute of International Management and Entrepreneurship. She is affiliated with the Communication and Social Change and Social Inequalities and Justice research and innovation hubs. Constance commenced her doctoral studies in October 2024, with funding provided by Loughborough University on the recommendation of her supervisor, Professor Matt Vidal, and is expected to complete in 2031.

She previously worked as a Human Resources Officer and holds a Social Sciences degree from University College London and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from King’s College London, both of which she received scholarships to study. Constance is committed to advancing understanding of workplace inequalities while actively engaging in professional and community development initiatives.

Constance enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures, combining her personal interests with her commitment to giving back to communities and supporting social and cultural development.
