Mahamed is a Psychology graduate and current Insights Executive at Havas Play. Mahamed works to deliver insight projects for a range of brands across sport, entertainment and culture. His work generally consists of brand-based insight, with audience-based work alongside it, such as sponsorship tracking and audience profiling. Mahamed’s role involves making sense of complex data using social listening, audience analysis, sponsorship research and reporting, then turning it into something stakeholders can act on. He is bilingual, an Arsenal fan, and someone who follows online communities closely, so understanding what drives passionate audiences comes naturally to him.

Marius is a Senior Account Executive at Havas Play, managing sports and entertainment partnerships for brands such as HSBC and EE, as well as leading delivery on experiential activations including the HSBC Championships. He previously handled multi-channel campaigns at Publicis Media for LEGO, Stellantis, Monzo and Visa. A BA and MA Philosophy graduate from the University of Nottingham, Marius combines strategic thinking with creative delivery. Marius is passionate about opening up opportunities for young people in marketing and media.   

Holly started at OnePlan 3 years ago as a graduate from the University of Sheffield. She initially undertook a rotation in Sales, Marketing and finally Product where she found her passion. Holly currently owns the end-to-end development of OnePlan's 2D site mapping software collaborating with developers and UX/UI designer daily. Holly has led on features such as collaboration and sharing, a shiny new user interface and the migration from the old to new software. Thanks to OnePlan’s way of working, Holly has worked remotely throughout this time and lived in both Barcelona and London.

Jaime-Lee Keen is a transformation leader with more than 20 years’ experience delivering large-scale organisational, digital and service change across the public and private sectors. Her career spans defence, healthcare, digital services, telecommunications and hospitality, including leadership roles at Deloitte, NHS England, BT and her own pub business, The Aspirational Pub Co. She has led national mental health redesign, business growth and cultural change, and served as Transformation Lead on a £500 million Ministry of Defence cyber resilience programme, influencing 250,000 stakeholders. Known for her human-centered approach, she aligns people, processes and technology, and is passionate about supporting early talent. 

Courtney is a Project Delivery Manager at 4GLOBAL, a global consultancy specialising in sport, data, and technology. She manages projects from inception through to delivery, working with clients, government organisations, and cross-sector partners to turn complex data and ideas into practical solutions that improve decision-making and investment outcomes across sport and leisure. Her career has not followed a traditional path, starting in mining and energy before finding herself in sport. She believes this varied experience demonstrates the value of transferable skills, curiosity and being open to opportunities. Having run education and sports partnerships at underprivileged schools in South Africa, she is passionate about using her career to create meaningful impact. 

Abbas is a strategic commercial partnerships and businesses development specialist with a proven track record of winning, retaining and growing high-value accounts across the sport business industry. Throughout his career he has successfully driven revenue growth and market expansion.  In his current role at Sports Pro, he has built a client base that includes some of the world’s largest international rights holders, leading tech providers, and major commercial property firms, including companies listed on NASDAQ and the FTSE 100. 

Gopal Suri is the Data Sciences and AI Lead at Publicis Sport and Entertainment, with extensive experience in product development and data management across major rights holders and global brands, including AB InBev, UEFA, the Premier League, the Olympics, Stellantis and Samsung. He develops innovative data and AI solutions that strengthen audience intelligence, sponsorship evaluation and commercial decision-making. Gopal is also an ISC 30 Under Thirty award winner, recognised for his contribution to the sports industry.

Jerry worked in Two Circles' Rights Management capability for two years, where the team help rightsholders, including teams and organisations, generate commercial value by selling sponsorship rights. Jerry led strategic research and helped the team secure a handful of high-value sponsorships for a Premier League team, a Serie A club, and a UEFA programme. Additionally, He worked on an activation and management project for an automotive brand's partnership with a Premier League club. Jerry has been a football fan for a long time and has gotten into MMA/UFC in the past few years. Recently, Jerry joined IMG as Football Manager APAC, where he will connect APAC brands to sports sponsorships across the globe.

Kamini Balaji is a Data Analytics professional with a MSc in Sports Analytics and Technologies from Loughborough University. She spent almost three years as a Data Scientist across gaming and elite sport, working with NBA, NHL, football, cricket and triathlon data, while liaising with international sports organisations including Sports Singapore, Dubai Sports Council and Visit Qatar. 

Kamini now works at the intersection of data engineering, analytics and AI at Datum AI Labs, developing data pipelines, data products and AI-powered solutions that turn complex data into actionable insights. 

Sanjay is a Senior Data Scientist at LiveScore, a sports media and betting operator, where he works on identifying and mitigating risk among sports and casino bettors. A self-confessed sports geek with a penchant for numbers, Sanjay completed an MSc in Sport Analytics and Technologies from Loughborough University London, where alongside his course, he worked hands-on with East Molesey Cricket Club and Grimsby Town Football Club in an analytics capacity. When he isn't working, Sanjay enjoys exploring offbeat places, hiking and photography.

Sarah Nganwuchu is an Assistant Vice President and Client Outreach Specialist in investment banking at Bank of America, with over five years of experience in the industry. She specialises in KYC Refresh, Client Due Diligence, Client Lifecycle Management and Regulatory Compliance, supporting client outreach, documentation reviews, risk assessments, data validation and remediation. Sarah works closely with clients and teams across Front Office, Compliance and Operations to meet regulatory requirements. She holds an MSc in International Management from Loughborough University London and a BSc in Psychology with Management from Goldsmiths, University of London. Certified Anti-Money Laundering Professional (CAMP) from the Financial Crime Academy. Outside work, Sarah enjoys travelling, reading and sports.

Jana Sayed is an Associate Consultant at PwC Middle East, based in Doha, Qatar. She graduated from Loughborough University London in December 2023 with a master's in international management. During her time at Loughborough she served as School President, representing students and working closely with the University. Jana’s experience at Loughborough played an important role in developing her confidence, leadership and communication skills. Originally from Lebanon, Jana has built her academic and professional experience across different countries and cultures. Jana is passionate about career development and leadership and is looking forward to sharing her experience of moving from university into the professional world. 

Ayush Choudhary is a Program Manager within Amazon Global Logistics, leading the design and launch of end-to-end cross-border supply chains connecting Amazon’s global network with customers worldwide. He strategically designs cross border supply chain to optimise two critical dimensions—speed and cost—while navigating the complexities of international transportation, customs and final-mile delivery. His role involves coordinating 34+ stakeholder teams across technology, finance and operations, integrating logistics partners into Amazon’s technology ecosystem for seamless data exchange, and defining carrier performance frameworks and operating procedures. Ayush also coordinates cross-functional compliance requirements, taking complex supply chain programs from strategic design and technology development through launch, performance management and operational handover.

Oniro is a Business Development Engineer at VPI, specialising in the development, and investment potential of early-stage projects across the energy and gas sector. With a strong technical foundation and commercial mindset, she is passionate about shaping opportunities that drive industry growth. Beyond her professional work, Mildred is a committed advocate for greater female representation in energy, particularly for Black women, championing visibility, inclusion, and access to opportunity. Her MSc in International Project Management from Loughborough University London strengthened her expertise, confidence, and leadership perspective, empowering her to challenge barriers and create fundamental impact across the energy industry.

Sharon Kude works in Channel Marketing across EMEA at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. She is interested in financial markets and passionate about how businesses connect clients with the right products. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Sharon built her experience at Delaware North, working across Arsenal, Wembley and West Ham stadiums, and later at Harrods as a Sales Associate. A keen writer, she founded The Market Compass, a finance blog for early-career professionals covering fixed income, macroeconomics and monetary policy, which grew to over 250 readers.

Awel Bol is a Sustainability Advisor at Workplace Futures Group, where she helps turn sustainability ambitions into practical outcomes across live construction and fit-out projects. Working closely with designers, M&E teams, subcontractors, consultants, project teams and clients, she ensures sustainability is considered throughout the project lifecycle rather than treated as a box-ticking exercise. Her work spans environmental certification, carbon reduction and social impact. She leads BREEAM projects, helping teams deliver against one of the UK's leading sustainability standards for buildings, while also supporting carbon assessments, material passporting, circular economy and reuse initiatives. Alongside this, she works with charities, community organisations and project teams to create meaningful social value and encourage investment in local communities. 

Awel is a proud Loughborough graduate, having completed a BA in Politics and International Relations before going on to study an MSc in International Sustainable Development. She is currently completing her BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) qualification and is passionate about making sustainability a natural part of how commercial buildings are designed, delivered and experienced. 

Degraft Osei Kwame Jnr is the Cofounder and CEO of Luupli, a social media platform built to give creators from low-income communities greater opportunity to grow and earn from their work. Now being tested across Africa, in Ghana and Nigeria, it has reached 150,000 users and is due to launch globally later this year. He previously worked across international trade, hospitality and technology, and led a family investment company in Ghana with interests spanning agribusiness and beyond. He is a Chartered Marketer, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Chartered Environmentalist.

Siobhan Flax currently serves as Associate Director at the British Virgin Islands (BVI) Government Representative Office in Hong Kong, where she has been posted since 2023. In this role, she supports the Government of the Virgin Islands' engagement across the Asia-Pacific region, fostering relationships with government agencies, financial services stakeholders, educational institutions, and business partners while promoting the Territory's strategic interests abroad. 

Siobhan holds a Master's degree in Diplomacy, Statecraft and Foreign Policy from Loughborough University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University (USA). With more than fifteen years of experience representing the Virgin Islands internationally, Siobhan continues to play an important role in strengthening the Territory's relationships and presence throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Ben graduated in 2022 and began his career on a commercial graduate scheme in the private sector.  Here he gained experience working within a multinational company. Through this experience, he realised that his long-term interests and career aspirations were better aligned with public service, which led him to pursue opportunities within government. 

Ben subsequently secured a place on the Civil Service Fast Stream, one of the UK's leading graduate leadership development programmes. The scheme provides broad experience across government and a strong foundation in policy, leadership and strategic decision-making. Ben will be happy to discuss the Fast Stream application process, the programme itself, and the career opportunities it can provide. 

 Looking ahead, Ben’s career goal is to work in international trade, helping to advance the UK's economic interests overseas and strengthen trade relationships with partners around the world. 

Sam is the Business and Client Services Communications Leader for Marsh People and Investments. She began her career at GlaxoSmithKline in 2014 during an industrial placement year whilst completing her undergraduate degree in International Relations. She has since worked across London and Melbourne with organisations including Nike, BT, IKWRO, the Victorian Building Authority, Christian Blind Mission, Goldsmiths University and Lewisham Council. She holds an MSc in Diplomacy, Peacebuilding and Security Studies, and is also accredited in Neuroscience and Change Management, Change Communication, and Copy Writing. She has also recently completed a Level 5 diploma in Management and Leadership.

Sandith Ranasinghe is an AI Advisory and Strategy Consultant at Capgemini. He helps large organisations move from talking about AI to building it. On client projects he is the AI practitioner, turning an operational problem into a working prototype and a case for investment. He also runs Capgemini UK's day-to-day relationship with a leading AI lab, coordinating certification and enablement across the business. Sandith joined a major AI programme as an engineer and ended up building the tooling it now runs on. He holds an master's in Cyber Security and Big Data from Loughborough University.

Shanila completed his master's in AI and Data Analytics at Loughborough University London. This gave him the analytical grounding and technical depth he still draws on daily. Alongside his studies, Shanila engaged closely with Future Space, the University's dedicated career development team, who connect students to employers through internships, workshops, networking sessions and guest lectures. This support helped him build and develop his professional career to where it stands today. Shanila now works as an Analytics Engineer at Zero100 in London, applying that same technical and practical grounding to real-world use cases. 

James is a software engineer and technology practitioner with over 10 years of experience delivering products across fintech, SaaS, public-sector systems and applied AI. He recently completed an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics at Loughborough University London. He is currently the Software and AI lead at Prorizon, working on technology for athlete performance and decision support. Earlier in his career, he co-founded and led technology businesses in Kenya, building platforms used at scale across financial services and other sectors. His career has largely been shaped by building and leading teams and applying technology to complex, practical problems.

Sohag Noman is originally from Bangladesh but grew up in Italy. He moved to the UK in 2020 and completed an MSc in Cyber Security and Data Analytics at Loughborough University London in 2025. After graduation, he joined Amazon in the Alexa International vertical as a Data Associate for 1 year, where he analysed multimodal data processed by the LLM behind Alexa and Echo devices. Now, he works as an Application Support Analyst in the Prime Brokerage segment at Marex Financial. In his role the focus is on analysing reports, trade execution, and file transfers between the trading and reporting platforms.

Liz Sonola is an Innovation and Digital Transformation consultant, with 10 years experience working with the world’s most established brands leading digital discovery, training, change management and innovation projects from strategy to execution. 

Mariam Samy is a communications strategist and entrepreneur with extensive experience across brand strategy, creative communications, and business development in the Middle East. She currently serves as Associate Business Director at Saatchi & Saatchi UAE, working with leading regional and global brands to solve complex business and communication challenges.

Simran is a Product Designer with experience across UX, UI, service design, and brand strategy. She is currently working at Lloyds Banking Group, where she designs digital experiences for fraud prevention and Economic Crime. Before this, she worked at Deloitte Digital on projects across healthcare, sports, fintech, and retail. Simran loves turning complex problems into simple, thoughtful experiences. Simran is especially interested in inclusive design and systems thinking. With a background in communication design and an MSc in Design Innovation from Loughborough University London, Simran brings together strategy, storytelling, and visual design to create work that is both useful and meaningful.
