Talent+ is a year long programme of tailored online and in person activities designed to give our student community a chance to work with some of the biggest and most renowned employers the UK has to offer. Loughborough University London is working with a global set of employers to exclusively connect them to our educators and graduates through its Talent+ programme.
What is Talent+
Talent+ has been developed to support employers to recruit the best global talent Loughborough University London has to offer.
The Talent+ 1-year programme is tailored to partner employers needs to help them meet and work with potential applicants. Opportunities include providing guest lectures, set briefs for students to work on real company issues, offering in-person/virtual internships and much more.
In order to be involved in the Talent+ programme, employers must commit to:
- Recruit for at least 1x full time graduate level role between June-September 2021 (minimum 12-month contract)
- Provide Loughborough University London with information regarding the recruitment process for this role
- Commit to advertising this role openly on their website
- Send representatives to a final assessment centre in June 2021
The programme is free to all employers looking to make at least one graduate level hire in September 2021.
Why become a Talent+ partner?
Our collaborations with leading public and private sector companies and organisations mean our programmes are led by real-world issues and genuine industry challenges. We work with employers and innovators to help students to acquire the real-world skills and experiences they need to thrive in employment. Our programmes optimise learning through collaboration to help prepare our students for the world of work and how to manoeuvre and present their problem-solving skills.
Talent+ has been developed to support organisations based in the UK to access the unique talents of our students and provide our students with experience in the practical working world and the opportunity of secure full-time employment upon completion.
