Maxine Hurford

Maxine has worked in education for over 7 years and has experience in teaching English as a Foreign Language and in both writing and developing a variety of curricula.
Maxine joins us from Clubclass London, an English language school, where she was the Academic Manager. One of her key achievements was developing the General English curriculum and designing three new courses in the English for Specific Purposes area. Maxine was also an active member of English UK London and worked as their Treasurer.
Academic background
Maxine has a Bachelor in International and Global Studies from the University of Sydney. She qualified with a Graduate Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from the University of Wollongong and has recently completed a Diploma in Teaching Management.
