Bryony Stewart-Seume

Bryony's current role at Loughborough University London is managing the procedures and processes around all aspects of PhD study. She also looks after some of the research activities of the department.

She has a lot of experience of supporting applications for and managing the outcomes of research awards. Bryony has also supported a successful submission for Athena Swan accreditation.

Bryony has worked in universities and charities for the majority of her adult life. Her past roles have focused on managing research grants and portfolios, as well as studentships and Doctoral Training Partnerships. Before Loughborough University London, Bryony worked for Birkbeck College and Play England.

Academic background

Bryony has a degree in History and Archaeology, and a master's in Classical Civilisation, both of which she gained while studying at Birkbeck College.
