Graduation is arguably one of the high-points in your University career. At Loughborough we try to make it a special occasion, with opportunities to make memories that will last a lifetime. Please see below some important steps in the run up to graduation.

Hire your academic dress (hat, hood and gown) from Ede and Ravenscroft at least 21 days prior to the ceremony.
Ceremony dates for institutes are confirmed late October/early November.
The ceremonies for 2019 are as follows:

Invitations will be sent via email to eligible students by the 1st November. If you were expecting an invitation and have not received one by the 1st November, please email email@example.com for further investigation.
Contact the Graduation Office (+44 (0) 1509 222491) if you are an overseas student and require a letter to confirm your graduation ceremony date to support a visa application. The University is unable to provide invitation letters for guests. However, UK-based graduands may wish to provide their own invitation letters for guests’ visa applications.
Deadline for booking your place
The deadline to book to attend graduation is Monday 18 November 2019. If you have not confirmed your attendance at the ceremony, or wish to change your booking after the 18th of November, please email the Graduation Office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Inform the Graduation Office if you have any additional needs - for example, if you require assistance to cross the stage. The stage is accessible via stairs or ramps.
PGT Programme Boards and results
Throughout November, Programme Boards are held and results are released. If your results have not been published by Monday 25th November 2019, your award will not be conferred at a December 2019 graduation ceremony.
Friday 29th November is the deadline for results to be published. All outstanding academic fees must be paid in order for results to be released. If your results are not available via MyResults but you have paid all fees, please contact us.
Approximately 1 week before the ceremony, E-tickets will be sent and the availability of extra guest tickets will be confirmed. If you have not received your e-ticket by Friday 6th December, please contact the Graduation Office.
