Why did you choose to study at Loughborough University London?
I chose Loughborough University because of the great business faculty and overall study experience given to students. I knew I wanted to come here after doing my research on the University and Institute. The great support given to students during and after their studies is what attracted me to the University. The sense of family and inclusion that proceeds through every single student makes me feel secure and sure about my future plans.
What attracted you to your programme?
What attracted me to my programme is the great business management faculty and the positive experiences of past students. The all-round business experience you get with this course, including the modules and surrounding subjects, is highly beneficial for my future career plans.
What do you enjoy the most about your course/Loughborough University London?
What I enjoy most about my course is how the teachers are very invested in seeing you succeed. I also appreciate the new topics I learn about within the business management world. A module I'm taking at the moment called Managing Sustainability is one of my favorites so far. There is so much business one can do to make both their customers and employees happy. It's a great course! Loughborough University London has created such a warm and safe environment for all students but especially for international students. I'm glad I'm here!
How do you think studying a master's degree is helping you to reach your future career goals?
Studying a master's degree is me taking the next step to achieve my career goals. I believe the day you stop learning is the day you die. So taking a masters degree is about learning new things and exploring new ideas that can be implemented anywhere you go around the world.
How do you like to spend your time away from your studies?
For my spare time, I engage with music and research studies. As a violinist, I play frequently at a nearby music school and I also read. I try my best to engage in sport and daily activities to boost my health and form. I also love to explore and travel around London.
Do you have any advice for students moving to London?
My advice to students thinking about moving to London would be to take the brave step, once you are sure about your future goals. Ensure that your current plans align with your long term goals. Taking a master's degree will open you up to a world of fresh and vital information, so be sure what it is you want to study. All the best!
