Why did you choose Loughborough University London and your programme in particular?
I had heard that Loughborough University has an outstanding team of teachers and media courses.
How has Loughborough University London inspired you and helped you to progress in your career?
After one year's study I chose to apply for further study of a doctorate degree (PhD). I think that the teachers at Loughborough University London really opened up my world of learning and I would like to become a scholar like them someday.
Tell us about your most memorable experience on your course
My most memorable moment would be that of the experience when we visited Girl Effect organisation. It was the first time I had the chance to take a look at how a company/organisation operates in London. Girl Effect's communication with its workers also inspires me, when you can see how a plan made by students can be combined with such organisation and be implemented as part of their company strategy.
Tell us about your career journey so far and the organisation you are currently working for.
I am currently volunteering at the Beijing International Short Film Festival. In the future, I plan to do more research which may be helpful for my further study.
What do you love the most about your current job?
There are many chances to communicate with great film makers and I can keep focusing on what people from all over the world are discussing about through films.
