How to book
For further information on the room types or to book an alternative room option please click here.
When booking a room, you will be required to pay a deposit. This is a one-off payment which will need to be made at the time of booking, and will be protected for the duration of your stay. The deposit amount will be returned to you in full at the end of your stay, provided your room and communal areas are left in good condition.
You also need to be ready to set up an automatic instruction for your rent. Unite Stratford One will not take any rent payments when you book, but they will need to set up an automatic instruction, usually a Direct Debit or Continuous Card Recurring Authority (CCRA), so that you can pay your future rent instalments. If you are using someone else’s card, make sure you ask the card holder’s permission to use their details to pay a deposit, or for rent. If you’re speaking with a member of the team at Unite, they will need to speak with the card holder to check they’re happy for their card to be used.
Once Unite Stratford One have offered you a room, it is important that you accept and secure it. To finalise your booking, please follow these steps:
- Make sure your deposit is paid
- Check that Unite have your correct payment details
- Accept your tenancy agreement
- Get your guarantor to accept their agreement
Once all of these steps have been carried out, Unite Stratford One will be able to confirm your booking. If you don’t complete all of these steps in the allocated time, your room offer will expire and you won’t have a booking with Unite Stratford One. You can check whether your booking is OFFERED, EXPIRED or COMPLETE at any time by logging into your Unite Student account.
