Charlotte is the former Pro-Vice Chancellor for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at Loughborough University and is delighted to be a Visiting Professor to Loughborough University London.

Charlotte has over 20 years’ experience as a senior manager and executive operating at board level within highly political, complex and multi-purpose organisations with international mandates. Charlotte has predominately worked in Higher Education for three highly recognised and resource intensive universities (UCL, Birkbeck and Loughborough) as a Director of Organisational Development, Director for Entrepreneurship, Director of Human Resources and Pro-Vice Chancellor for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I).

Entrepreneurship, leadership and intersectionality, people management, culture, organisational development and intersectionality (the impact of multiple identities on experiences and outcomes).
