2018 winners of £100 for 100 competition announced
Loughborough University London and LSU Enterprise have announced nine winners of the second annual £100 for 100 competition.
Winners include students from both the Loughborough and London campuses, and included submissions from undergraduate, masters and PhD students.
Students were required to submit a 100 second long video pitching their business idea. The judging panel received a diverse range of entries and thoroughly enjoyed assessing the students' works.
Ben Cole, Loughborough University London's Stakeholder Development Manager and a judge for the competition, said:
“At Loughborough University London we want to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs who will go out and make the world a better place. The winners of £100 for 100 have shown a passion for new ideas and will now get help from us to develop their ideas through our Business Plan Bootcamp and accelerator programmes. I think the diversity of those involved and the ideas that they have shared shows that entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship can come in all shapes and sizes. We’re very happy that so many students wanted to get involved in this year’s programme and look forward to seeing their businesses flourish in the future.”

Each winner will receive £100 for their 100 second business pitch and all entrants are invited to attend our Business Plan Bootcamp on 10th February 2018.
