About Prof. Kate O’ Riordan

Kate O'Riordan is Professor of Digital Culture and Head of School of Media Film and Music at the University of Sussex. Her work is in media and cultural studies of emerging technologies that synthesises Feminist STS and queer studies. Books include Furious: Technological Feminism and Digital Futures (Pluto, 2019) with Professors Caroline Bassett and Sarah Kember; Unreal Objects (Pluto, 2017) and The Genome Incorporated (Ashgate, 2010).
