East London Inclusive Enterprise Zone
East London Inclusive Enterprise Zone (ELIEZ) is focussed on generating accessible inclusive and innovative practices.
It is a divergent programme and is one of first accessible, specially designed communities for all entrepreneurs, business leaders and design thinkers who are disabled or whose work focuses on disabled people. Through the programmes, delivered by our partners, consisting of workshops, showcases and social activities, we plan to help accelerate the development of products and services that address unmet needs – from idea stage through to global deployment.
ELIEZ is a collaboration between, Loughborough University, UCL, Plexal, Here East, Global Disability Innovation Hub, Disability Rights UK, Capital Enterprise, Greater London Authority, London College of Fashion, UAL, Hackney Council, Ford Mobility, Inclusion London, and the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC).
Loughborough University London is situated at the heart of Here East, a community which is home to a vibrant mix of innovators, visionaries and creatives not afraid to challenge the status quo. We are committed to ensuring our community can participate in this thriving economy and are delighted to be working with ELIEZ to further engage inclusion in our activities.
