The Collaborative Project

We've been lucky enough to work with an excellent range of businesses and organisations as part of our Collaborative Project module, but we're always looking to expand our network. Take a look below for more information about the module, and why your organisation should be involved.

Students from across the University form interdisciplinary teams and use their individual experiences and expertise to solve a real business problem, which is provided by one of our organisation partners. The team of students work together with their partner organisation for the duration of a semester to explore innovative and creative solutions to the brief, before presenting their findings back to their organisation partner at the end of the module.

Why get involved in the Collaborative Project?

The Collaborative Project allows organisations to work closely with postgraduate-level students from one of the UK's most successful universities, and benefit from the individual talents, skills and ideas of our students. Organisations who engage with the Collaborative Project often continue to collaborate with our students in a number of ways, including assigned dissertation projects, internships and employment.

  • Collaborate with students on a real project for your organisation
  • Enhance consumer insight and market intelligence in real time
  • Work with students with a broad range of ideas, specialisms and skills
  • Generate new ideas or progress new ventures
