The course I chose is tailored to current industry demands and includes practical elements such as guest lectures, live projects, and enterprise challenges. I was especially drawn to how the curriculum blends theory with hands-on experience.
Furthermore, Loughborough University London is known for its inclusive, international student body, which was important to me as I value learning in a culturally diverse environment that brings different perspectives into classroom discussions.

My overall academic experience

My overall academic experience has been both enriching and transformative. Throughout my studies, I’ve had the opportunity to engage with a wide range of thought-provoking topics, work collaboratively with peers from diverse backgrounds, and be challenged to think critically and creatively. The academic environment has encouraged independent learning while also providing strong support from lecturers and tutors who are passionate about their fields.

One of the most rewarding aspects was applying theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios through group projects, presentations, and case studies. This not only deepened my understanding of the subject but also helped me develop essential skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication. The course offered 2 different types of real work experience though the collaborative dissertation and collaborative project. I was able to work with real companies on real life issues. This was great on my resume having real experience as well as networking with employers. Overall, my academic journey has not only broadened my knowledge but also helped shape my confidence, adaptability, and ambition for future challenges—both academically and professionally.
