Enterprise through support
At Loughborough University London, we are committed to providing support and guidance to help you reach your personal goals and career aims.
Career consultancy services
During your time with us, you will be able to access a range of different support networks and services, designed to encourage and develop your professional skills and understanding. The Careers Consultancy service is available throughout the year and offers a number of bookable sessions on a weekly basis. To book a session, please visit the Student Support desk on the second floor of the campus or email our Careers Consultant, Nadine Lewis (N.R.M.Lewis@lboro.ac.uk)
Our Quick Advice sessions are 15 minutes long, and are ideal opportunities for you to discuss a simple query or receive a C.V., cover letter or job application review.
You can book an Email Advice appointment to receive guidance in relation to an application, recruitment process or your career. Once you book this appointment you must send an email to Nadine Lewis (N.R.M.Lewis@lboro.ac.uk) with the document you would like to be reviewed or your questions. You can include your name, date and time of appointment in the subject line. You must send the email to your Careers Consultant before the appointment time. Please note that this is a 15 minute appointment and therefore only one document can be reviewed per slot. If you feel you have a lot to discuss, you can book further Email Advice appointments or a Career Consultation.
Our Career Consultations are 30 minute sessions, offering advice on your career prospects and plans. Whether you have a specific career in mind, or you are still unsure, our dedicated Career Consultant has over 10 years of experience giving impartial careers advice to students and graduates in London.
If you receive an invitation to a job interview, or would like to improve your interview skills before applying for a role, our Interview Coaching sessions last approximately 45 minutes, and are an opportunity for you to take part in a mock job interview before receiving personalised feedback on your performance.
Careers support on LEARN
In addition to our Careers Consultancy services, the Enterprise Through the Curriculum module on LEARN provides useful tips and advice to help you identify your career goals, develop your professional experience, search for jobs, produce powerful written applications and tackle tricky interviews and assessments.

We are excited to announce the launch of a brand new networking and mentoring platform called LboroConnect. This new online community offers you the opportunity to be mentored by an experienced professional or develop connections with others who share the same career interests as you.
