Why Loughborough University London?
The campus is based in London and only 15 minutes from Central London. The offer of a scholarship was also attractive and Loughborough is famous in the area of media in the UK.
What have you enjoyed most about the programme?
It has expanded my horizons within the media industry. I have been introduced to a lot of new areas, such as tourism and heritage industries which have been really inspiring.
What attracted you to the course?
There are many universities in the UK offering courses that are relevant to the media and creative industries, especially the latter. Given that I already did photography and TV production within my Bachelor’s degree, it was very attractive to study something similar to media, but also something different and fresh.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
I want to be a full time traveller, doing photography part time.
What advice would you give to prospective students looking to study at LU London?
Be fearless. It’s a new campus and you’re worried about various uncertainties, but that’s what life is all about. You should focus on the things that you’re keen on and put in a lot of effort to make them happen, you shouldn’t be afraid, the world is yours.
