Future Space visit to Ford’s Human Centred Design Lab
On Tuesday 7 November 2023, Loughborough University London students were invited to attend an insight session at Ford’s Human Centred Design Lab at Here East.
Students were introduced to various working ideas at Ford and heard from a number of staff members about their career journeys and how this led them to their current roles.
Ford’s team then posed an app development challenge to our students and, working in groups, our students spent a short time developing ideas and materials to pitch their thoughts to the Ford team.
One of the attending students said:
“It was a great experience to interact with professionals who have vast experience. To know more about the work they do and their individual journeys was really helpful to us.”
