The London Entrepreneurs' Challenge is designed for entrepreneurial students looking to take their business idea to the next level.

The Loughborough University London Entrepreneurs’ Challenge (E-Challenge) is part of the ongoing programme of entrepreneurship support activities run by Loughborough University London's Enterprise Through the Curriculum team to support entrepreneurial students and student teams. 
 
The programme comprises of a briefing session, a two day weekend bootcamp, two further evening workshops in April/May, group mentoring and a competition. It is designed for students looking to take their business idea on to the next level as a serious concept and will cover elements such as business structures, product-solution fit and value demonstration. 
 
Throughout, the E-Challenge participants will concentrate on practical elements of planning and starting a business and the most successful applicants will be shortlisted for a highly competitive place on a leading London-based accelerator programme: Fast Forward London

 

Who can take part?

The programme is open to both undergraduate and postgraduate Loughborough University and Loughborough University London students from across all disciplines. It is also open to Alumni of Loughborough University London. To enter, you must be in a team of 2 or more.

 

What are the prizes?

There will be a cash prize of £3,000 for the winning teams recognising the work and effort needed to develop a business plan. The prize money will allow teams to develop initial elements of their business such as prototypes, marketing materials and their website.

The best of the applicants will be considered for entry to the FFWD pre-accelerator!
