Join inspirational sport business leader Kate Bosomworth, as she opens up about her fascinating career journey within the sports industry.

Described as an exceptional and energetic leader, Kate has worked in the sports arena for almost 20 years. Having built one of the most successful independent sports PR agencies in the UK, Kate sold this first in 2014, then sold the larger combined business to an AIM listed marketing group in 2016. 
 
With a successful career which spans both commercial and political sectors, Kate has worked with a host of global sports brands and rights holders including adidas, The Ryder Cup, UEFA, The North Face, Unilever and GSK. 
 
Appointed to the board of Sport England in 2013, Kate is board lead for the ground-breaking national campaign, This Girl Can, which aims to get women and girls moving, regardless of their shape, size and ability. Kate has been instrumental in the creation and development of this hugely successful campaign, which has seen 250,000 more women engage in sport since its launch.
 
Kate now provides strategic consultancy to a select group of clients, focusing much of her time on the commercial development of women's sport and the fast growth sports tech sector. She is also on the UK Government’s Sport & Business Council.
